We will refund your money without question if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product being opened as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. Our customers are those who have already purchased and experienced the product and know if the product suits them or not. Perfume needs to be tested on the individual as it reacts differently to each persons body chemistry. Any defect in the product on receipt, once opened and it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.
